Job Title: Production and Packaging Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our production team in a night shift role. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining production machinery that delivers high-quality beverage products.

As a key member of the production team, you will ensure consistent, on-spec output and minimize downtime. You will perform quality checks, follow established processes and act quickly to prevent product loss or deviations.

You will also troubleshoot faults, escalate issues to protect line capacity and delivery targets. Maintaining safe, clean work areas and using personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machinery to produce high-quality beverages.
  • Perform quality checks and follow established processes to minimize errors.
  • Troubleshoot faults and escalate issues to protect production targets.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
  • A strong commitment to safety and following established processes.
  • The ability to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks and stay focused on repetitive work without sacrificing accuracy.
