Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Approvals Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our global operations, you will play a key role in delivering environmental licensing and approvals processes for resource, industrial and/or energy projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Management and delivery of environmental licensing and approvals processes
  • Development of approvals and compliance strategies for medium to large scale projects
  • EPBC referral processes
  • Environmental management systems, plans, policies, and procedures
  • Regulatory compliance and assurance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in Queensland and Commonwealth resource approvals and compliance
  • A working knowledge of Queensland's legislative environmental framework
  • Qualified to degree level in a science, engineering or legal discipline
