Financial Coach Role

This role supports our financial coaching division, working directly with clients in one-on-one online coaching sessions. We focus on building financial literacy and confidence to empower clients financially.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Coach on a contract basis. This is a work-from-home role responsible for supporting clients through research, preparation, one-on-one coaching sessions (virtually), and tailored follow-up action plans. Our services focus on financial education and helping clients build a strong money foundation without financial product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and prepare for client coaching sessions.
  • Deliver virtual financial coaching sessions with individuals and families.
  • Provide clear and practical follow-up action plans and written analysis tailored to each client.
  • Educate clients on fundamentals of finance, including cash flow and budgeting, debt management, basics of property and share investing, and basics of retirement planning.
  • Support clients in building confidence, healthy money habits, and long-term financial resilience.
Qualifications

Strong skills in financial coaching and proficiency in financial education and personal finance. Sound knowledge and experience in finance, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and relevant certifications in financial coaching or planning are a plus. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required.

Benefits

This contract role offers part-time, flexible work with the freedom to set your own calendar and accept sessions on a per-meeting basis. The workload varies week to week, with some weeks having six or seven coaching sessions and other weeks having two or three. It's a great fit for someone looking to control their diary, maintain flexibility, and supplement their income.
