Operational Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a chance to lead teams in an operational environment, leveraging ICT management frameworks such as ITIL. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, design and technical implementation of IdAM services, manage ongoing support and maintenance, and authorise underpinning policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members, manage and report on work outcomes, acting as a senior member with limited supervision.
  • Develop strategies to reduce manual effort by driving automation.
  • Manage confidential information and foster a positive culture within the team aligned with Agency values.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

  • At least 5 years' experience leading teams in operational environments using ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting IdAM solutions in multi-cloud environments.
  • Ability to obtain NV1 clearance and work in Government or provide services to Government agencies.
