Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior professional to oversee the Identity and Access Management (IdAM) function for our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the development design and technical implementation of the IdAM service, and managing the ongoing support and maintenance of the service.

Detailed Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise team members, manage and report on work outcomes in addition to acting as Director when required
  • Oversee the development design and technical implementation of the IdAM service
  • Manage the ongoing support and maintenance of the service
  • Author and implement underpinning policies in relation to access provisioning, removal, auditing, privileged access etc.
  • Actively work to reduce manual effort by driving towards automation
  • As a senior member of the team, possess the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Have the ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards;
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information; and
  • Foster a positive culture within the team aligned with organizational values; and
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful applicant will ideally possess:

  • Demonstrated minimum 5 years' experience leading teams in an operational environment through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting an IdAM solution (Okta, Ping, Active Directory etc.) in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating IdAM across cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance,
  • Experience working in Government, or providing services to Government agency
  • Display a positive contemporary attitude to people with disability.
