Job Title:

We are seeking a Product Owner to spearhead the strategic alignment of our digital products. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the product and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, business case creation, and shaping business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in digital transformation, focusing on web, customer journey, apps, or UX/CX. They will also demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills and be capable of working effectively at all levels and across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between the product and technology teams
  • Drive improvements in customer journey and retention and conversion results
  • Collaborate with UX and CRO teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Prioritize features
  • Own and manage product backlogs
  • Resolve product issues and defects
  • Forecast the benefits of product development pre-release and report on impact post-release

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior BA
  • Digital transformation experience - focus on Web, Customer Journey, Apps or UX/CX
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • HCD knowledge (highly desirable)
