Job OverviewFiresoft People is seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Specialist to join our Managed Services team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding your team in providing high-quality support and driving innovation in our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a technical team in addressing complex level 3 support issues and solving major incidents for high-stakes Australian businesses.
- Ensure your team has everything needed to deliver excellence, including resourcing, training, and professional development.
- Mentor developers of various skills and backgrounds to help them develop professionally and technically.
- When things are going smoothly, lead improvement on our customer solutions by driving focused automation, CICD, and optimisation activities.
- Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Infrastructure expertise.
- Experience with RedHat OpenShift, Palo Alto, and Ubuntu.
- Strong understanding of administration, patch management, backup, and restore processes.
- Prior experience with Azure DevOps, Azure AD, and GitHub or similar code repositories and automated build and release pipelines.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially for complex integration components and technology stacks.
- Operational tools knowledge around logging, monitoring, and event management.

- Configuration management and automation technologies experience.
