This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing all insurance-related matters across the organisation. Key responsibilities include ensuring adequate coverage, managing insurance policies, and optimising costs while effectively mitigating risk to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate insurance for construction projects, supporting contract negotiations and pricing discussions.">
  • Oversee annual property valuations and ensure compliance with levy and audit requirements.">
  • Review and refine insurance policies, balancing risk, operations, and contractual commitments.">
  • Liaise directly with external insurance brokers as the SME, providing guidance and negotiating coverage.">
  • Monitor insurance spend and performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk reduction.">
  • Lead the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.">
  • Provide insurance advice and documentation to support tenders, contracts, and regulatory needs.">

Requirements
