Job Description:

The Village Utility is a crucial role within our operation, responsible for supporting food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring a clean dry mess area.

This individual will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing meals, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas, and handling stock and deliveries.

They will also be expected to maintain high standards of personal safety, adhering to statutory hygiene regulations, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be physically capable of managing repetitive and heavy tasks, and have previous experience working in a remote village environment or similar setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts
  • Strong physical capabilities, including lifting and carrying heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
