Early Childhood Educator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in early childhood education and care. This involves conducting face-to-face training sessions, assessments, and evaluations of students' progress and knowledge.

  • Deliver training sessions to students pursuing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.\
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of students' progress and knowledge.\
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of students and industry requirements.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.\
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.\
  • Provide coaching and support to students to help them achieve their full potential.\
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to inform training content and methodology.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.\
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.\
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.\
  • Support the development of students' skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, learning theories, and curriculum planning.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, employers, and community organizations.\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education and care.\
  • Perform other related duties as required.\

Applicants should hold a relevant qualification in early childhood education and care, such as a Certificate III or Diploma, and be willing to continuously update their skills and knowledge.
