Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education program, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional learning experiences for children aged 1-5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an engaging, inquiry-based program inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, catering to the developmental needs of children aged 1-5 years.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of each child's development, using reflective practices to inform planning and individualised support.
  • Conduct observations, assessments, and plan for a small group of children, ensuring their holistic development.
  • Curate stimulating and developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor learning environments that inspire curiosity and creativity.
  • Foster meaningful partnerships with families, providing regular updates and involving them in their child's learning journey.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of child-led and inquiry-based learning methodologies, with a commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Experience in early childhood education, with a demonstrated passion for supporting young children's development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
