Job Overview

Estimated Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a proactive HSQE Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to HSQE managers, assist with implementing new systems, complete reporting and statistical analysis, and support relevant safety workflows and processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to HSQE managers and assist in managing safety administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives into the business.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting and statistical analysis from safety performance data.
  • Support relevant safety workflows and processes.
  • Assist HSQE Managers in maintaining their teams' rosters.
  • Compile and analyze reports as required.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Enrolled and working towards obtaining Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or Environment) is preferred.
  • Experience working with management systems, processes, and procedures is preferred.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance.
  • Well-developed writing, editing, and formatting skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Experience in a hospitality-focused business or remote work area is desirable.
