About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at OneDome. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to our clients, with a focus on serving Russian-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mortgage advice to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Russian, with excellent language skills.
