We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at OneDome. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on mortgage products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mortgage advice to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Identify and contact potential clients, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Gather client information, conduct research, and analyze data to make informed recommendations.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain competent status, staying up-to-date with industry developments and legislative changes.
- Comply with OneDome's Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures.
- Meet performance standards, identifying Continuing Professional Development (CPD) needs and undertaking relevant activity.
- Strong track record as an employed or self-employed Mortgage Advisor.
- Self-sufficiency and ambition to grow, with strong sales and client service skills.
- Excellent communication and self-motivation skills.
