Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day cafe operations to guarantee smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve high-quality service standards
  • Assisting with rostering, stock management, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal efficiency
  • Training new staff and upholding company service standards to ensure consistency
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant supervisory role with a strong focus on customer service
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive team success
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle problems effectively
  • Passion for customer service and creating a positive team culture
  • Barista experience is highly desirable but not essential
