Job Description

As a Staffing Support Officer, you will play a vital role in workforce planning and recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff across home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to support Regional Managers in building and maintaining a community of skilled professionals, ensuring a strong talent pool and workforce sustainability.

This involves utilizing a Talent Management System to streamline recruitment and enhance retention strategies. You will work closely with managers and external partners to ensure staffing needs are met, and provide proactive management of talent pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in workforce coordination and management
  • Experience managing talent pipelines
  • Proficiency with Talent Management Systems or HR technology

In addition to these skills, you will also need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Evidence of or in the process of obtaining NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Current driver's license
