Our organization seeks a dynamic Production Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Bowen Basin. This role involves overseeing production crews, ensuring safe execution of mine plans and promoting a culture of care among team members.

- Manage a team of experienced and new operators, encouraging skill development to support superior production outcomes
- Apply continuous improvement approaches to identify and improve processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations
About You:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships and adapt to various communication styles.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with experience in leading and coaching teams
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate tasks within a dynamic environment
- Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP
