Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality anaesthesia services to patients across various specialties, including obstetrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, and general surgery.
- Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in teaching and research activities to advance medical knowledge and skills.
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Specialist qualification in General Practice or Anaesthesia.
- Advanced training in Anaesthesia, including Joint Consultative Committee on Anaesthesia (JCCA) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ongoing Continuing Medical Education (CME) program enrollment and maintenance.
This role offers a competitive remuneration package, including a total remuneration value of up to $446,662 p.a., comprising a salary range of $182,106 - $251,527 p.a., 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, and 17.5% leave loading.
