About the Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced registered nurse to take on the position of Assistant Manager Care Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical teams and provide strategic oversight to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our consumers.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Manager to develop and implement clinical governance frameworks that align with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Embed a positive work culture that fosters collaboration, respect, and continuous learning among team members.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant consumer file and clinical documentation management processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required
