Job Overview

This is a Property Manager position based in Randwick, operating out of offices in Sydney's East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a local portfolio with plenty of structure and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio made up of 200 properties.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and inquiries.
  • Attend to any repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle tribunal matters.
  • Control arrears.
Requirements
  • Previous Property Management experience is a must.
  • A COR / Real Estate License qualification is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to provide a high level of service.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
Work Environment

This is a Monday to Friday role, with no weekend work required. The office is located in a stunning setting close to the waterfront, offering easy on-street parking and a warm and collaborative team culture.
