Job Title: Arboriculture Team Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Arboriculture Team Manager to lead our tree maintenance services. As a key member of our urban forest team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of arboricultural maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily tasks and verify quality
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure a consistent risk-based approach to tree maintenance
  • Plan, coordinate, prioritize, and manage workloads of staff and contractors
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Arboriculture or equivalent
  • Experience working in local government or similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize, and manage workloads of staff and contractors
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Arboriculture maintenance contracts and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of relevant state and federal policies, guidelines, and legislation
