Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer needs, including lifting and transferring.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding and respect for individual needs and preferences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Completed 1st year nursing studies or relevant experience in aged care.
  • A current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
  • The ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
