Job Title: Horticulture Specialist

This full-time, ongoing opportunity allows you to take ownership of your work and make decisions that will impact the city's heritage gardens and open spaces.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have unlimited rights to work in Australia and be able to deliver high-level horticultural care in formal and heritage gardens. They will also apply creative, low-maintenance solutions to enhance streetscapes and make informed plant selection decisions suited to our climate and community needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deliver high-level horticultural care in formal and heritage gardens.

  • Operate and maintain modern irrigation systems.
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects that make Boroondara greener and more beautiful.
