We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Canberra store location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and engaging work environment, driving sales results, and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales results to reach store budgets and targets
  • Direct, lead, and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets and maximise growth
  • Manage stock deliveries, merchandise the store, and ensure all promotional collateral is displayed and communicated
  • Provide styling tips and outfit customers to enhance their shopping experience
