Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Canberra store location. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging work environment that drives sales results and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales results to reach store budgets and targets, leveraging your sales expertise and knowledge of our products.
  • Team Leadership: Direct, lead, and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Manage stock deliveries, merchandise the store, and ensure all promotional collateral is displayed and communicated effectively.
  • Visual Merchandising: Provide styling tips and outfit customers to showcase our products and create a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

  • Management Experience: Previous management experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Sales Approach: A genuine sales approach, with a proven sales record and a strong understanding of our products and target market.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including training, performance management, motivation, and coaching, to drive team success and achieve sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Engaging and effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: A commitment to continuous improvement through planning and goal setting, to drive business growth and excellence.
