Key Healthcare Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our team based in the Gold Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can build strong relationships with healthcare providers, promote imaging services, and drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consult with key stakeholders to enhance awareness of imaging services across the North and Central Gold Coast.
  • Grow our referral base by engaging with local healthcare providers, including GP Doctors and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships through educational events, supporting and attending marketing activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies in your territory.
  • Maintain, manage, and analyze the database of referrers.

About You

  • Proven networking aptitude for business growth and service delivery.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to attend out-of-hours clinical information evenings and network opportunities.
  • Engaging professional style to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers, and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote, and execute promotional lunches, information evenings, and any other events as required.
  • Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported. An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential.
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle as this role is field-based.
  • Medical sales, networking, or business development experience is desired.
