Our organization seeks seasoned professionals with Defence or Defence industry experience to support complex defence and national security projects safeguarding Australia's future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with and maintain adherence to Australian export control laws and international regulations
  • Prepare, submit and manage export applications and records of transactions and approvals
  • Collaborate closely with Australian Defence and other parties to provide expert guidance and solutions
  • Identify, assess and resolve export compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience ideally within the Defence or consulting services industries
  • Proven experience working in Land, Communications, Navy, Space or other Defence sectors
  • Strong experience and understanding of Australian export control laws and international trade compliance frameworks (e.g. ITAR or EAR)
  • Experience in managing approval workflows and coordinating export control activities
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex regulatory requirements to diverse stakeholders
  • High precision in managing documentations, licenses and compliance records to reduce legal and operational risks

As this role involves sensitive work, you must currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
