Senior Artist

At Wicked Workshop, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Artist to join our team. As a Senior Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning 3D assets that bring our projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret client briefs and specifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of work requirements.
  • Assist in estimating efforts for new projects and contribute to pre-production tasks by gathering relevant references and creating checklists.
  • Produce high-quality art assets in accordance with art director's specifications and provide direction and guidance to the team of artists.
  • Conduct first-level checks of their work to ensure adherence to artistic and technical requirements and assist in troubleshooting issues on the project.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, offering ideas and suggestions to contribute to project success and identify potential risks.
  • Regularly communicate the status of their work to the Lead and Project Manager and ensure that the work is accomplished within the budgeted effort.
Requirements:
  • Strong art fundamentals and a good eye for detail.
  • Technical strength in creating efficient pipelines, game-ready topology, and implementation of assets and materials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
