**Job Description:**

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Fundraising and Marketing strategy. As the Head of Foundation, you will be responsible for driving growth across multiple channels, including regular giving, annual appeals, philanthropy, and bequests.

You will lead the strategic direction and implementation of a successful Fundraising and Marketing strategy, focusing on diversifying and sustaining income streams. Your role will involve building strong relationships with stakeholders, developing donor engagement plans, and overseeing the development of annual budgets.

In this pivotal position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of the ageing community in Eastern Sydney. You will work closely with philanthropic committees, the Board, and the CEO to ensure continuous engagement with the Fundraising vision across all programs.

As a collaborative and influential leader, you will establish structures, processes, and systems to ensure the Fundraising department is equipped to accelerate growth and achieve financial outcomes.

This is a chance to take the Foundation to new heights, building on the success of their $25m centenary appeal. We are looking for someone who is excited about being donor-facing, relationship-building, and creating a robust Fundraising programme that enables St Luke's Care to build on its incredible community services and care functions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Proven success and achievements in a similar leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of creating and implementing strategic plans across Fundraising and Marketing channels.
  • Multichannel Fundraising experience, including philanthropy, community engagement, and appeals.
  • Demonstrated success in providing strategic and influential leadership with stakeholders and a background in delivering financial outcomes.
  • An influential and collaborative approach in building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
