We seek a seasoned Operations Shift Manager to lead our team in Adelaide, South Australia.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with support teams to drive business objectives.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.

A Day in the Life:

As an inspiring leader within our Delivery Stations, you will work to continuously improve delivery processes, ensuring customer orders are delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll ensure all workflows run smoothly and customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Working experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience as a manager, involving sizable teams.
  • Demonstrate ability in problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship.
