Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and receivable, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and make timely payments
  • Manage supplier payments and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient communication and on-time payments
  • Process employee expense claims in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support for financial processing
  • Assist with preparing financial reports
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 months' experience in accounts payable or receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
