Job Opportunity: Offshore Nursing Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and capable nursing professional to join our team in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will be working in remote and challenging environments, providing exceptional healthcare to clients in the resource and mining sector.

  • Rural and remote locations in Western Australia and Northern Territory
  • Offshore on platforms and vessels in Western Australia and Northern Territory
  • Marine environments
Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in emergency situations
  • Operating independently in remote locations
  • Maintaining current registration with AHPRA
  • Pursuing ongoing education and training in areas such as Advanced Life Support and Trauma Management
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • 3+ years work experience in remote or offshore environments
  • Current Advanced Life Support certification (including annual CPR refreshers)
  • Advanced Trauma Management training such as ITLS/PHTLS (highly desirable)
  • Drug and Alcohol testing certification
  • Additional training/qualifications including WHS, Training and Development, Four Wheel driving, audiometry, spirometry (highly desirable)
  • Current BOSIET/HUET and OGUK or willingness to obtain/complete
