At ICON Engineering, we are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Oil and Gas Project Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in oil and gas industry projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex offshore engineering design and installation projects.

Your key focus will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and drive the implementation of cost-effective and practical solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with ICON's site HSE requirements and achieving KPIs on delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Achieve project KPIs and deliver profitable projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrate dependability and ICON's capabilities in the execution of work
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities to leverage networks and relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field
  • At least 8+ years' experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven capability of managing medium-sized projects up to $3m in value
  • Demonstrated offshore site experience supervising personnel
  • Ability to lead, influence, motivate, and drive project teams
