Trainee Educator Role

To be eligible for this Traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.

Key Requirements:

  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be 18 years or over.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Interest in early years education.
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Proof of immunisation against COVID-19 - three doses.
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella & Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willing to obtain.
