Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a degree or postgraduate degree in occupational therapy, social work, or nursing, and relevant clinical experience. They will be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate high-quality communication skills.
