Actuary is a key role in our organization.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of general insurance experience and be nearly or recently qualified. They will report to the Chief Actuary and work closely with stakeholders to understand and interpret business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Annual and quarterly evaluations
  • Financial condition reports and financial plans
  • Review of capital
  • Produce office portfolio monitoring
  • Provide explanations relating to regulatory and regional reserving

The ideal candidate will also support ad hoc tasks with IFRS17 and review reinsurance arrangements. A strong background in actuarial science, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in actuarial software packages are essential for success.
