Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

The role of the Assistant Director is to provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of a quality early childhood education service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide mentoring, on-the-job training, and support to educators with a focus on Christ, character, excellence, and compliance with legislation and high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Support the Centre Director in all daily operational requirements and develop positive partnerships and relationships that support children, families, staff, and community.
- You must have personal views and beliefs that align with the Christian ethos of the organization and be able to demonstrate an active faith and church involvement.
- You will hold or be actively working towards a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA recognised equivalent qualification.
- You must have current First Aid Qualifications including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
- Prior experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
