Leadership Role in Early Childhood Education

The Assistant Director position is a key leadership role within our centre, responsible for the development and implementation of quality early childhood education services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to educators, with a focus on Christ, character, excellence, compliance, and high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Support the Director in daily operational requirements and develop positive partnerships with children, families, staff, and community.

Requirements:

  • A personal commitment to the Christian ethos of the college, demonstrated through active faith and church involvement.
  • Hold, or be actively working towards, a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA recognised equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid Qualifications, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
