Sub-Acute Senior Occupational Therapist Role for Experienced Clinician

Alfred Health is a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne's inner southeast suburbs, delivering high-quality services to patients from ambulatory to inpatient and home-based care.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a senior clinician and stream leader of the subacute Aged Care stream. The successful applicant will have a minimum of seven years' clinical experience, including four years in a clinical specialty area, and possess well-developed leadership skills.
The role involves developing clinical practice, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives across the Occupational Therapy Service. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide best-practice speciality services, rehabilitation of older people, and complex discharge planning.

The salary for this role is estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible health insurance coverage, on-site car parking, and child care services.
