We offer a supportive learning environment for Occupational Therapists to transition from novice to confident and skilled Mental Health Clinician.
Program Details- A comprehensive 2 year program with rotations through Mental Health Adult Acute & Continuing Care units and Specialist Community teams
- Regular individual and group clinical supervision
- Dedicated educational support from the Allied Health Educators, the Mental Health Professional Development and Practice team
- Duration: 2-year contract starting in February 2025 (with ongoing permanent recruitment on successful completion)
- Full-time employment in a supported mental health graduate program
- Supportive Orientation program including Supernumerary days
- Workshops to support your development as a Mental Health Clinician across the 2 year Program
- Additional paid study days and support to complete the Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health
- Structured Post Graduate Mental Health Career Pathway
- Generous annual leave entitlements
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration prior to commencement
$70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
