We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation team at Alfred Health. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in their homes and at our rehabilitation centre.
Salary PackageThis part-time (64 hours per fortnight) position offers a competitive salary package that includes salary packaging and novated leasing through Maxxia. You will also have access to flexible health insurance coverage and childcare services.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing client-centred rehabilitation services to individuals in their homes and at our rehabilitation centre
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans that address the client's needs and goals
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
