We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation team at Caulfield Hospital, who shares our vision and values of excellence, compassion, and respect.
About the Role
- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and at our centre.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence (unrestricted).
Key Capabilities
- Minimum three years' clinical experience in Physiotherapy.
- Recent experience in rehabilitation or aged care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to principles of continuous quality improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and modify service delivery in accordance with evidence-based practice.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork.
- Strong theoretical knowledge base and experience in the areas of orthopaedics, neurology, and gerontology.
- Demonstrated participation in professional development relevant to the position.
