Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative professional to provide high-level support in our Pharmacy Department. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front counter financial transactions, including EFTPOS reconciliation and daily reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for prescription tracking, invoicing, and pharmaceutical data systems.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and departmental policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience handling receipting, card payments, and cashier duties with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • High computer literacy, including data entry and database management skills.
  • Strong administrative abilities including typing, filing, and document preparation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
