Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Experience Expert.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing customer orders and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Key contacts include customers, logistics providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries, complaints, and suggestions via phone, email, and portals.

  • Process sales orders, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and coordinate with logistics providers.

  • Manage customer claims, resolve complaints, and process returns and credits following company policies.

  • Maintain customer accounts with accurate data and compliance.

  • Monitor and report adverse events and quality issues for escalation and resolution.

  • Develop strategies to improve customer service and supply chain processes.
