Job Title:

Ambulatory Surgery Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within established and emerging accounts in the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at ASCs and hospitals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative selling and clinical value-based initiatives
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategy and plan to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal partners to leverage tools, systems, and dashboards to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide product demonstration, training presentations, and in-servicing based on customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, or 2 years of medical sales experience, or 1 year of sales experience plus 1 year of infection prevention industry experience
  • Proven success launching new products, growing product utilization, and protecting business from competition
  • Experience prospecting for new business and cold calling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the ASC or hospital market
  • Knowledge of Sterile Processing Departments staff and their challenges
  • Understanding of ASP technologies and their applications in the ASC market
