Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our software development team in delivering innovative features for global customers.

This role involves driving the development of high-quality products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive team.

  • Lead multiple priorities with bold deadlines and be passionate about building high-quality enterprise applications.
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and drive agile methodologies.
  • C coordinate the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and improvement of high-quality product(s).

About the Role: Our team is at the forefront of delivering AI-focused experiences for customers. To succeed in this role, you will need:

2+ years of experience directly managing engineering managers.5+ years of experience building and directly managing impactful engineering teams.10+ years of experience with design and development of enterprise software solutions.Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.Strong organizational skills with experience planning & executing complex software development.Exposure to agile development methodologies.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
