Pharmacist Role

This role involves working in a community pharmacy as part of a supportive team. The successful pharmacist will use the Z dispensing system for script management and have strong communication skills.

  • Dispensing and counselling patients is a key responsibility.
  • The store has several methadone dispensing customers, which requires expertise in Strongroom Software.

Organisational abilities are essential for this Monday to Friday role, with hours from 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr lunch break).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing and counselling patients
  • Using Z dispensing system
  • Methadone dispensing
  • Vaccination (if accredited)

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) is required.
  • Experience with Z dispense is essential.
  • Methadone experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Vaccination experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Cannabis experience is preferred but not essential.
