Join Our Team as a Research Expert

We are looking for an exceptional Research Fellow to join our dynamic team.

The Culturally Nourishing Schools project is an innovative collaboration between universities, schools, and communities aiming to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students through culturally focused whole-of-school change.

This exciting role will play a key part in expanding the CNS initiative across NSW, SA, and VIC. The selected candidate will work closely with project teams to develop a research agenda, deliver high-quality reports and publications, and apply quantitative education research methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement research strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to the development of policies and advocacy initiatives
Requirements:
  • PhD in Education, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Studies, Sociology, or related field
  • Strong quantitative research skills and experience in mixed-methods research
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
