Senior Advisor Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMaR leadership team in developing and reporting annual operational plans.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the work program across the division, adhering to commission process requirements.
  • Facilitate regular opportunities for whole of division communication, collaboration, and development.
  • Coordinate regular briefings from the PMaR leadership team and other executives to key external stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality agendas and written materials.
  • Lead the Executive Director's office team, fostering teamwork and supporting staff development.
  • Undertake a range of governance, risk, and compliance functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Strategic advice and support to the Executive Director.
  • Collaborative working across the division to deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate regular opportunities for whole of division communication, collaboration, and development.
