The Opportunity

Ashurst is seeking a talented Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its Restructuring and Insolvency practice. This is a unique opportunity for a team-player with strong technical skills and a commercial approach to make a long-term career commitment to our practice.

About You
  • Experience in restructuring and insolvency with a focus on professional development and know-how.
  • Ability to take day-to-day responsibility for straightforward matters and progress complex matters with close partner support.
  • Well-developed drafting skills and effective communication with clients to understand their needs.
  • Ability to assist clients in arriving at practical and cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong relationships with clients and ability to mentor and assist junior associates.
  • Understanding of the firm's business, competitors, and clients, and ability to work with the business development team to develop business opportunities.
